This is strict, we're not messing around. We're operating with the intention of dropping weight and/or fat. You'll remove preservatives (mostly from processed foods), salt, gluten, dairy, processed sugar and alcohol. You'll receive a grocery list of whole foods categorized by protein, carb and fats as well as a meal plan to follow with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are committed to 30 mins of cardio everyday and are to incorporate strength training as well.

You must be a self starter and stay committed for the time of the plan. Of course I'm available via email to answer questions anytime, but I don't hold anyone's hand by checking in with them everyday. I'll be checking in with you once a week to make sure that you're following the guidelines and to make sure everything is clearly understood. Before and after pictures are a part of the process, as well as INBODY fat testing if available.
